Introduction

Application
LS screw conveyor of transporting material requirements: powdery, granular and small block material, such as the cement, coal dust, grain, fertilizer, ash residue, and sand and so on.
The material temperature shall not exceed 200 ℃, and the screw conveyor is unfavorable to delivery perishable, big viscous and easy to agglomerate material. Because these material will be bond in the screws when conveying, and then rotate not moving forward, or in the suspension bearing place form material product plug and make the screw machine can't work normally
Working Principle
The screw conveyor compared with the GX series, besides the bearing of head parts and end parts are moved into the body, the hanger bearing is adopted the rolling bearing and wheel bearing swap structure, and are equipped with dust seal device.
The sealing elements are made with nylon plastic, so it's with good tightness, wear resistance, low resistance and long life. The sliding bearing bush has the cast copper tile of adding lubricant, alloy and grinding cast iron tile and copper cornerstone ink less oil lubrication tile. The discharge end are with the cleaning device.
The overall unit is with low noise, well-adapted, convenient operation and maintenance and feeding and discharge port position arrangement flexibility.
